That's the first thing you're going to notice when you come to First United Methodist Church. Smiling faces, caring faces, loving faces. People that have experienced God's love and are willing to share it within and beyond the local confines of their church.
We understand that for many people, choosing a church to attend can at times be difficult or uncomfortable. You'll find that at First Methodist Church of Russellville, there is always a friendly, caring person to answer questions or address concerns you may have. You will never be pressured to attend, never pressured to give and never be judged for what you choose to wear.

Diverse Forms of Worship
We also offer three distinctly unique services every Sunday. Our 8:45 AM worship service is informal and relaxed. You will find people dressed in various attire, choosing comfort over formality.
There is a worship team featuring a young group of musicians known as "Daniel and the Lions Den", as well as Clyde Rodgers, a gifted, professional musician that comes from the "Big Band" era.
Our 11:00 AM worship service is a more traditional service.
At 6:00 PM on Sunday evenings, we offer another contemporary service, very relaxed and informal but always dynamic and spiritually lead.
